There’s shade, seating, and enough activity at the pier to make waiting here genuinely pleasant rather than tedious; watching boats arrive and depart from the jetty is, for many guests, an unexpectedly nice part of the day.
Toilets are available near the main gate area. The return drive time to the harbour depends on where you’ve spent your day. From the western coast cluster such as Kelingking, Angel’s Billabong, Broken Beach, and Crystal Bay, the drive back to Banjar Nyuh takes approximately 25 to 35 minutes. From the eastern cluster such as Tree House, Diamond Beach, and Atuh Beach allow 45 to 50 minutes, as this is a longer and slower road. In practical terms: if you’re catching the 16.30 from the western cluster, plan to leave your last stop by around 15.45. From the eastern cluster, leave by 15.30. These margins assume normal road conditions; during peak season, building in an extra 10 to 15 minutes is sensible.
